He wasn't. Clinton was a coward. He was afraid to fight terrorism. He was also trying to protect his precious legacy which is in the dump now since his "interview" with Chris Wallace.

1: You know it's been proven that Sadam Husein had nothing to do with Alquida, one thing is that he didn't attack innocent people.
2: Although there were several attempted attacks on the world trade centers during Clintons Presidency, there were no succesful ones. I think if Clinton would have been in office he would have stopped at least the 2nd plane from running into the trade centers.
3: Clinton greatly improved our economy during his presidency, he corrected the problems Bush SR created during dessert storm and gas prices dropped considerably during his presidency, at one point they were!!! down to 79 cents a gallon during his presidency.
4: Clinton was better looking and well spoken!!!

He was a better president because during his time he
1) Understand world policy
2) Built better relationship with the Middle East/Europe/the world
3) Respect for the UN
4) Create good economy/debts
5) Diplomatic/good public speaker/smart
6) Didnt have oil industry to protect
7) No long holiday by playing golf!

Clinton was competent and extremely capable in politics in getting people together for the best of all concerned.
A people's person.
He was well prepared for the job.
Bush is just a talking ego- never engages brain before opening mouth. Do it my way-Backed by people with same comtempt-Cheney-Rumsfeld-Rice. Know it all's seldom ever do well around People or in decision making. They won't listen to inputs from people who do know how!
