I have selected free Norton spyware scan several times without success in actually getting it.?

Is your Operating System Windows XP ??? Norton Spyware Scan is supported only on Windows XP.

down load the latest yahoo toolbar it comes with norton spyware scanner. attached.

look for a free 'spysweeper', and 'AVG' spyware, but you will have to delete norton first. Norton is a mess to use, I hate it, but others love it,
