Definitely a white shirt ~ timeless & classic.
You'll look polished instantly.
Either that or try a top in khaki to play off the olive hue of the bottom half of outfit.

A white colored button up shirt with long sleeves, pleated on the waist and short (about 1" over the belt line). Just don't wear white shoes, it's after Labor Day!

i like the shade pink, it is going large with gray, it relies upon although what variety of gray u are donning darkish or mild gray trousers? If darkish placed on a colourful good- yet no longer too bright, if the gray is diffused then a blue, pink or eco-friendly good. placed on inspite of makes u sense gentle.

You should get a shirt that has one neutral color, or a few neutral colors (all must be neutral). A couple of good choices would be polka dots, slant-wise stripes, or argyle.
