I was laying in bed last night and all of a sudden I felt a huge pain in my penis and in my balls and around that area. I dont know what it was but it went away. When I ejaculated today my ejaculate looked fine, my urine is fine and theres no blood or anything. What the hell was going on? Thanks...

It was God punishing you for playing with what He gave to you for a Purpose!

Not entirely sure. You might want to get checked by a doctor.
Possibilities:
cremasteric muscle spasm - never heard of it, myself, but theoretically possible I suppose
torsion of appendix testis (= torsion of hydatid of morgagni)
the most worrying one:
testicular torsion (and then un-twisting)

You may have cramped your groin by twisting in some weird direction or shape.

sometimes after you masturbate it is natrual to feel some pain in that area. but if it wasnt after you masturbated, then see a doctor.
