Actually, I'm sure he can learn. You just have to nudge him in the right direction. He may be a little shy. It might be to do with how he was brought up. He may respect you a lot too much to do it, but if he respects you a lot, perhaps he can be convinced to go with something you really seem to like.

Maybe he's just not too talkative and likes to concentrate on the pleasure he's having. Talk to him (at a time you're not doing it!) to tell him you like to talk dirty and why and ask him if he likes it and why he doesn't. Maybe he doesn't know what to say so you could help him find the words for the next time!
