All things are very carefully planned out, by those who run this world. And I'm under the impression that they do not have our best interest at heart.

Don't worry, it will rise again. In a month, the heating season will take off and be in full swing. As soon as the demand for heating oil goes up, so will fuel prices. First kerosene, then diesel, then gasoline. Happens every year, no matter what else is going on in the world.

Yea. It happens every year. No one is traveling during the winter months so they raise the gas prices during the summer months because thats when families and everyone else take their vacation and does a lot of traveling.

I was told by a manager of several quick stop type stores that the gas company executives in the US are lowering the price until around Thanksgiving to try and put the companies making alternate fuels like Biodiesel out of business WE CAN"T LET THEM DO THAT!!! And then the gas prices are supposed to skyrocket.

Duh....if you check the trends for the last twenty years they ALWAYS drop after summer. Any commodity traded on the market is subject to these price fluctuations. Don't beleive it? Check the market/trading prices of cranberries in November.
