I used to work in a pharmacy and I asked the pharmacist about this and she said that it is great for getting rid of puffiness. I don't know about wrinkles. I would try a actual wrinkle cream for that try Oil of Olay bedtime.

my mom owns a pharmacy in Mexico preparation h will reduce puffiness around your eyes. the best thing you can do is stop smoking if you smoke or cut down. go to your DR. and get vitamin b12,take vitamin E, carat in complex,drink spring water, if you have cactus peal of stickers and skin put on face .most important stay out of the sun wear sun block, prevent exposure to UV will reduce skin ageing and skin Cancer. If you smoke you damage you DNA.

shrinks hemmoroidal tissues - as well as wrinkle tissues.
Doesnt last all day though.
Its what the movie stars in the old days used to look good on camera!!! REALLY

Lye soap will dry your skin! Peparation H is only for taking down swelling, like bags under your eyes. That's what it was made for, swelling problems, just in a different place!
