Can you just go to a gay club, and not leave with someone? Or is it manditory you leave with someone? (to have sex)? I am only 16, and just wondering.

Most people don't go to gay clubs to leave with somebody. When I was in my late teens and early twenties I went to clubs an average of 5 nights a week. I have only only "picked up" somebody 3 times.

It isn't as if I didn't have offers. It certainly wasn't as if there weren't VERY attractive offers. It just wasn't what I was there for.

When a gay man wants sex it is easier to just find the sex than to go to a club, pay a cover, try to see people through a haze of smoke, have to yell at each other to be able to hear, and then decide from the people there who will be the one.

Gay sex is quite easy to find... the clubs can be an interesting place to find it if that is what a person wants to do... but not the best or easiest method.

I went to the clubs for the attention, the social interaction, the dancing, and to people watch. I'm sure many others were there for the same reason.

Bars are adverse places to satisfy people. era. there is an expectation in homosexual bars that informal intercourse is accessible. This has been real for 35 years that i understand of from very own journey, and regarded like it have been the norm for alongside time back in the early 70's when I became aquainted with it. it somewhat is decrease priced, grimy, and unsightly (IMHO), yet there is an honesty to it (they're up front approximately it). rapidly bars are even worse. truthfully the worst guy to run into in a bar is a balding 35 three hundred and sixty 5 days previous guy who not in basic terms can not get laid, he can not get a girl to even discuss with him, and he want's to enable you recognize techniques tricky he's. get removed from this guy or woman as rapidly as a probability, he isn't something yet hassle for many reasons. do not say hi, sturdy bye, kiss my pitute, purely end your drink and flow homestead. you need to satisfy somebody superb on the neighborhood farmers marketplace on Saturday morning :)

no its not true. You can actually go to a gay club and not have to "hook up" with someone and have sex. You can leave with someone just to get out of the club scene and chat, but you don't have to have sex.. plus come on.. if you say no, you mean no. they gotta respect that.. its not all about sex.

Of course, you will not be aloud to leave unless you have hooked up with someone. One time during what I like to call my 'bad hair' period, I was locked up in a club for 2 years. You also have to leave with some 'as pretty as' or 'prettier' than yourself.

I've yet to pick anyone up at the club, so...guess it depends on who you are and where you go.

Of course it doesn't always lead to sex. They're not allowed to force people to have sex if they don't want it.
