For the past month I've been experiencing a headache almost every other day. For the past week starting with the first day I've been seeing a light that flashes just once...like a camera. Everyday that has passed, the amount of flashes just increases. Today I saw 4. I really don't know what's wrong or what could be wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

you may have something called retinal detachment. if you have had any kind of trauma to the eye, head injury, bleeding, scarring from infection, or shrindage of the vetreous humor, your eye can produce holes or tears in the retina and result in the separation of layers. flashes of bright light will occur, and then later notica a shadow or "curtian" falling across the field of vision.
