I`ve been wondering cuz my sister nae-nae has one and she dont have a picture either and dont know how to get one.

Go to your Yahoo! Answers 'My Q&A' page and click edit my profile. You will see the option to create an avatar under types of images you can use. Click on this link and create and save your avatar. Return to your Yahoo! Answers 'My Q&A' editing page and the option to use this avatar will be available.
If you would like to use an actual photo you will need to set up a Yahoo! 360 page. Upload your desired photo, in Jpeg format, to your page, and save as your main photo. Once you have done this return to your Yahoo! Answers 'My Q&A' page and select edit your profile. The option to use your Yahoo! 360 photo will be available.
Select which image you would like to use and click save.

There are million of pictures here. Get a 360 page and upload it. Change your settings
