The first thing ,as others have already stated, is to insure a good ground. Other wise, the current will flow in reverse through any current path. In some cases other lights. Run a positive ground from the trailer to the truck, even if only temporary. If this does not remedy the problem then you have another problem. Some trailers have light fixtures that get their ground right at the spot where they are mounted via the siding. These cause lots of trouble.

The problem is either in the trailer plug itself or the wiring from the plug to the lights. With a test light...Connect one end to a good ground on the trailer. Test the connection to your test light on a wire that is getting power first like the wire to your trailer lights.
then test the wires for your turn signal near the plug by piercing the insulation. And follow the wire back a few feet and test again till your at the signal lamps. Once you've gotten to the lamps and had power all the way to it take the bulbs out and see if you have power in the sockets. By this point the problem should have presented itself.it where ever you started to lose power.

you need to check at where the light bolt on to the trailer that should be the ground point,,i bought a new trailer and they didn't have it grounded, and they wouldn't work either,i own a repair shop,,and get them all the time with bad grounds,,good luck with it,i hope this help,s,,PS ,also make sure they actually hooked the front ground wire to the frame,,they often don't do this,,they depend on the ball grounding it,,and some times it wont.

What you mean they are all on?? when you are using your turn signals they all come on?? that would mean incorrect hook-up.
You will need thou a heavier duty flasher - im sure your kit came with if it did not that will cause alot of problems later on so change it, or you will get ( Pooofff ! ).
Are the Hazards working correctly?? when activated?? If they are its the flasher - cause the hazards use there own flasher so that limits your trouble shooting.

Good Luck.
