perhaps the first thing one might think to say is 'congradulations dude!',but then it could be something really bad,so go see a doctor ASAP!

Go to a Reputable Doctor.
If its a third testicle you might make medical history. If you have something else growing there best to take care of it now before its too late.

A third testicle is highly unlikely - if it were truly one, it should have descended with the other two when you were forming in your mothers womb.
Whatever you have now, is probably not good - is in no way sexy or an indication that you are virile.
I suspect its a problem, and instead of bragging about it online - I'd spend my time making a doctors appt.

I think you should go see a dr, it may be a tumor or something, don wanna scare u. But is it highly unlikley.

I have an Ex that thought that, it was only a mass that was non-cancerous or anything. But you really should have it checked out.
