Well, what do you mean by undiscovered? There are portions of Africa where tribes live, where no "modern" people have disturbed. This is on purpose, because people study these tribes.
And, I assume there are parts of Antarctica where no one has set foot.
However, every piece of land on the globe has been seen by satellites, so there are no "undiscovered islands" or anything like that.
Unless you mean the oceans, then yes, there are places where we've never seen.

as science is one of the few subjects that is constantly changing. there are so many things in this world that have yet to be discovered. my science teacher told me an estimate in high school but it was very low. maybe we've only discoverd like 25% of this world just an estimate

we haven't been able to explore the deepest parts of the ocean because our machines cant with stand the pressure
there are probably parts of several rainforests yet undiscovered
also no one has traveled to the middle of the earth

Think about how far the ocean goes down and how many species of sea life that haven't been discovered yet.
