in the Geneva Convention just a waste of time? Think about it, how many other countries(besides the US) has ever been convicted through that law? Does the US use the most humane torture there is? Look at some of those Vietnamese torturers, or the insurgents in Iraq. Why are the worst not prosecuted?

So nazi Germany and the US, are the only ones prosecuted with it. Started with good intentions, but now, it is not appearing as so.

Geneva convention is a brilliant piece of legislation.

Unless your a Republican, then you throw it away.
