Yes. According to the official Calculus BC AP page on the College Board website, your calculator IS allowed. Here's proof:

My teacher told me i could i'm in A.P. Calculus, althoguh i am pretty sure that voyage is not allowed. You can also have more than one calculator so i'll be using ti-84 and ti-89. The answer is Yes.

You're outta luck. Because the TI-89 can compute symbolically, including derivatives and indefinite integrals, you can't use it on the AP Calc AB exam. I'm in college, and I'm not allowed to use that calculator in my Calculus 3 course (multivariate), because it can compute derivatives and indefinite integrals for me.
