Who paid for the repairs?

The repairs were paid for jointly by FEMA and the State of Louisiana. The Dome is owned by The Superdome Commission, which is a state company. So I guess that means the state owns it.

FEMA paid for 62% of the repairs. That's acording to the evening news.
I guess that means us taxpayers own 62% of it.....yea right.
