Everytime I see this man he's grinning about something. OR shaking his shoulders at some off the wall joke. I admit he's kinda cute (uh oh) but he looks so devilish sometimes!

Are you refering to former president Clinton??? Because he has gotten caught with his fingers in the cookie jar many time. Case in point, Fox news Sunday. Go to fox news online and see the interview. He has the same expression he had on his face when he got caught lying about Monica.
