I mean, are there any exercises or anything that can make them smaller or would they all just make them bigger?

I don't want to lose weight, I'm already a thin person....but I'm tall, so I guess they are proportionate but they are very large (yeah, I guess I can thank my mom for that)

I hear having kids does wonders for reducing breast size. My mom went from a dd to a barely c. That what I'm planning. I was also thinking of surgery (i'm a 38 dd) because of terrible back pain and the big dents in my sholders, but it seems like alot of risk, so I'm just going to wait and hopefully after I have kids that'll shrink em a little. hehe :)

sorry hun. you have the boobs and there is nothing you can do to reduce there size except for surgery. and you said you are already thin so loosing more weight wouldn't help. All I can tell you is to go to a bra boutique and get sized and get a very good bra. something that will support them so they don't affect your posture and they won't sag early. the thing I do is wear sports bras a size smaller than I am. It really holds them in. ^.~

Get your breast reduction surgery in India. Cosmetic Surgery is very cheap in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges cosmetic surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.

I have also read that they arrange financing for American and Canadian patients, as cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor I personally believe that your cosmetic surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

My cousin got a couple of cosmetic surgery procedures in India like the breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift through the forerunners healthcare. She is more than very happy with the results. She just paid 30% of the amount she was quoted in USA and is all praise for this forerunners healthcare company. I personally have seen the wonderful results and am particularly impressed with the kind of quality care she got from this company. I hope this helps.

You can make them less noticable with a sports bra or lose a little weight and it may come from there--but exercise does not make them smaller.

well, you sound great to me, why change
if your weight is at normal, then I have no idea. having kids and breast feeding will do it over time, but that takes a lot of work and a long term goal.

male hormones would do it, but other issues. weight training would not enlarge them, the hormones it generates might make a marginal difference|???

Male hormones, exercise your chest vigorously, or loose weight.

girls with small boobs want bigger ones, and girls with big boobs want smaller ones....the grass is always greener on the other side...just learn to be happy with what you have!
