Clinton is friends and is tight with some black leadership, like Jessee Jackson and other weathly blacks. His involvement with the black community was all lip service. He talks better than acts.
Bush has done more for black people than any president we've ever had. Plus he actually gives minorities important positions in his cabinet. More poor people are buying homes now than ever before.
