Why do young gangster wannabes wear their pants way down below their buttocks exposing their boxer shorts? I think they refer to this as "sagging." Do they think that this is sexy or something? Do girls find this sexy?

This practice stems from prisons and correctional facilities. Those who wear their pants low, are identifying themselves as taken by someone else. Urban culture, steeped in traditional values and misunderstandings have taken this to mean that have been to the "house" and therefore are someone to be reckoned with. Even if by virtue of being the sex slave of someone important on the inside.

Gangs say they invented it. WRONG! It's a street style that's been around a long time. Like hats backwards coming from
bikers. And rags being worn by Natives long ago.
People wear clothes that are big out on the street to make themselves look bigger and more formidable. The bigger pants
hanging down all the time turned into a style gangs called
"sagging".

Law Enforcement says they are busting young men left and
right, because of this style. When they try to run, their pants

Where I come from, it's a sign that the wearer is not quite right in the head. It's a fashion statement that is favoured by most Circus Clowns. Instead of appearing threatening they look quite comical.

I shop my pants pulled up each and each of how, no longer up my crack or something, yet i unquestionably "placed on" my pants. there is this rap music from a close-by rapper in Dallas that asserts of saggy pants..."saggin is the n notice backwards" The music is fittingly named "pull your pants up." quite a funky music, and that i dont shelter rap that lots.

They do it because they cant figure out how to fasten they're belt. Its too bad, they can work a 9mm pretty well, but when it comes to fastening, they're completely lost.
