If you mean a place where someone loans you money for your own possessions, but you still get the chance to buy them back again, there really isn't any. That's what a pawn shop *is*. If you just mean a place where you can sell your possessions, there's plenty of other names: resale shop, flea market, consignment shop, etc.

Try jewlery buyback. Or Jewlery Loan. Or Pawn Brokers.
Merchandize Resale.
Most Pawn Shops don't list as pawn shops, as you can tell.
Try names like Cash America, Pawn USA.
Good Luck
