When i was in the Navy we travelled to many exotic lands, where we met very interesting people with distinctly different dietary values than you would find in the USA.
I've eaten rat. Dog too. And monkey. And I'm pretty sure cat, because the "street meat" vendor wouldn't let me pin him down on what it was, but there had been some flap in the US press about people there eating cats so he may have thought he might have lost a sale if he told me.
Oh yeah, snake and Ostritch as well.
Get over it -- it is protein, it is good for you, and properly prepared it is very tasty.

Rat can be yummy.
If you eat prosesed foods Any prossesed food you are eating rat or mouse. they get in to grain all the time. the grain gets milled along with the rat. made into your food and drinks.
So if you look at food as a big picture Vegans eat rat too. And thats meat baby

Although your question was for shock value, it's only a matter of time before humanity rediscovers this great food source. It only makes sense in a planet with rapidly multiplying population and diminishing natural resources. Would you like roasted roaches with that?

get your facts right. it says nothing of rats only that animal hair was found in one burger. maybe there was a little bit of cow skin that managed to find its way into the processing lines. all food factorys have faults with produce, but they tend to get picked up through QC.
