My husband and I are trying to have a baby. I stopped taking the pill on August 10th and I also had my period on the 10th, Unlike any other period this one lasted for one day.
Now I am 15 days late on my period, have tender nipples, emotional, frequent urination and pains in my stomach(it was very tender.now it hurts when I sneeze and things to that affect)
I have taken 7 hpt and they are all negative...What is going on?
Also this would be my 3rd pregnancy. My first was 2months premature(3lbs) my second was 3months premature(2lbs) and past away at birth due to placenta rupture.

It could just be the birthcontrol getting out of your system sometimes your not regular right when you get off....if the test is negative then its proably negative if you still think maybe its that way test next month sometimes we want something so bad our bodies actually start making us thinking its that way.......goodluck to you....im sorry for your loss...

I've been off the pill for almost 4 months and all I had were pregnancy symptoms the whole time. My fiance and I are also TTC and it still hasn't happened yet, but will find out this weekend if it could of happened.
You can get pregnant right off the pill, some women even get pregnant while taking the pill. On average, it does take 3 months+ for your body to start producing it's own hormones again. So I wouldn't get too excited right now, since it could be the affects of going off the pill. I've been dissappointed 3 times, thinking I was pregnant all 3 of those times, but I wasn't. Good luck trying to conceive!!

sometimes when we try to hard to get pregnant, we begin to feel all the symptoms. I went through all the same things thinking I was pregnant and did the tests and always negative, then when I finally just gave up I got pregnant and didnt have any symptoms.

it could just be your body adjusting to just getting off the pill. I have been off since Mar06 and still no luck. It will happen. :)
