It looks like your oil glands but it might just be the liquid that prepares your body for child bearing.
If you are really unsure go to your family doctor otherwise to me it seems like nothing.
P.S. If it hurts get it checked out by a doctor.

Its probably just your body trying to recover from the child using them! If the start to hurt real bad you might want to have your doctor check them for you! just to be safe! but don't worry my girl/friends had the same problem! Don't squeeze them that could be bad! it might cause them to swell and possibly infected! Be safe hope you stop oiling out! lol have a goodnight!
