It does mine.
It just effects me in all ways like if you have a bad day you pull out your favourite music and the music is always there for you. and i geuss it just helps build a wall around everything to make you focus, well i dunno.

I wouldn't say that it affcts your mind so much as it affects your mood. If you get dumped by someone you can put on a song like "Unbreak my heart" which makes you sadder and you and your song can be sad together or you can put in a song like "Goodbye Earl" and feel better. Bad day at work? Play "Take this job and Shove it" See what I mean? There is always a song to keep you in the mood you want to be in or to bail you out of a mood you need to shake.

Yes.
I believe that music can affect your mood. For example, if i listen to an upbeat song I will feel very good and jumpy but if I listen to a slow and sad song... well you get the point.

Yes, Nike and Ipod have just combined in creating a shoe that controls your Ipod as you work out. If your heartrate gets too high they play slower music, and if your heartrate is too slow they play faster..more upbeat music.

hm...maybe. I think if you listen to depressing songs all the time the chances are you'll be depressed..if you listen to rap you'll probly end up being something your not....rock music..depends, you might end up depressed or angry...then again you might want to become goth or something...country, you'll probly turn out like a hick lol...but sometimes the music you listen to doesnt affect anything about you...sometimes it does...depends on how you take the music really...

Of course... If you listen to enough of a type of music that talks about a certain subject, it will undoubtedly influence your way of thinking... i could tell a million reasons why, but I'll leave it as it is...

well, yes it can, in a sense.... music has a lot to do with how you feel emotionally.... music can really make you happy, sad, mad, and everything in between, and can help you through all life's hardsahips.
