Yes and no. If you have eye trauma, your eyes will regenerate (new cell growth). But I don't think they ever change size over your lifetime.

i think they must grow with us, every other part of us does,
and if you look at a babys eyes they are smaller that an adults eyes,
and wouldn't it look strange if a baby had adult size eyes.

the skin around our eyes streches and expands and folds "lines" ect. i've always wandered this myself since my eyes are quite small.
