Aborting is another word for terminating a pregnancy. Of course it is the removal of a developing embryo or fetus from inside the body of another person, resulting in the death of the fetus/embryo, but Murder is a legal term and courts have not shown the destruction of a fetus by the choice of a woman who is currently housing it inside her body to be murder.
Short answer. You can call removing a wart murder. But unless you convince others that your viewpoint is correct, it means nothing except to you.

Can you kill and eat chicken? is it not murder ?
an unborn child is not a citizen yet. it is NOT murder. if a special law is enacted against abortion , that could be different.
just because certain people consider abortion immoral does not make it necessarily illegal. should doctors be put in jail IF they are not violating any law? some people think drinking immoral . if you go by catholic laws how could people say Afghan run by mullahs is bad??
hypocrites!!

I just don't get this argument. its none of your business what some one else does with their body. if its murder god will sort that out when its time. if abortion wasn't legal we would have women doing it any way, then we would lose both lives. how would you feel if your daughter or niece or some women that was close to you died because of a botched illegal abortion? i pray something like that would never happen to you, but it could. you wouldn't feel very good about it then and i think your view on legal abortions would change quite dramatically.

The physician who executed the abortion could be tried for homicide, or some thing alongside those lines. I mean, sure, he replaced into appearing an abortion, yet, some thing needless to say went incorrect, and the mummy herself additionally must be held in charge. i've got not got time to envision the articles, merely the seen this happening is sickening. i'm professional option to 3 extent, yet all of us who has an abortion for egocentric reasons could have their uterus bumped off completely. EDIT: ok, just to get the info, I DID decide for to look on the article, and that i've got self belief that the guy who threw the toddler away, may be the only tried for homicide, and not the physician, yet nevertheless, my unique remark stands on abortion usually. right this is an element of the article I examine that incredibly plenty positioned it in a nutshell: TAMPA, Florida — Eighteen and pregnant, Sycloria Williams went to an abortion health center outdoors Miami and paid $a million,200 for Dr. Pierre Jean-Jacque Renelique to terminate her 23-week being pregnant. 3 days later, she sat in a reclining chair, medicated to dilate her cervix and otherwise get her waiting for the technique. in trouble-free terms Renelique did no longer arrive in time. in accordance to Williams and the Florida branch of wellness, she went into hard paintings and further a stay woman offspring. What Williams and the wellness branch say happened next has a great deal bowled over people on the two aspects of the abortion debate: between the health center's vendors, who has no clinical license, cut back the toddler's umbilical twine. Williams says the girl located the toddler in a plastic biohazard bag and threw it out.

Do you want women to resort to coat hangers?
I don't agree with abortion in general, but it will be done.
Putting someone in jail for life doesn't help the situation.
Maybe you should've been aborted.

Being placed in jail for something that is perfectly legal is unlawfull. Doctors who conform to the law while performing abortions should not have to suffer any more risk than any other doctor performing a lawfull procedure.

Of course, but that's not the same as abortion. Abortion is the ending of a POTENTIAL baby life, not a actual baby life.

Not if the baby to be is severely deformed, etc. or if the mother life is in danger. I'm personally against abortion, but recognize that there are some situations when it's necessary

No they shouldn't because abortion (killing babies) is not considered murder in the United States or most civilised countries. It is frowned upon though and I personally am against abortion, but I am not against a women's individual rights and the decision to have an abortion.

A fetus isn't a baby, and abortion is legal so go take your morality binge somewhere else!
You would be the first to not want to support them, AFTER YOU MADE THEM HAVE A CHILD! What is that? Have the kid and then starve and freeze to death!
Go back to church, and leave it there! This is not a Religious State!
Besides, the Catholic Church was never against it, and when they changed, it was NOT on the basis of morality!!
