I think their called previous Headers. ( Listings of previous mailings.). Sort of a e-mail "trail".
Here's how to remove them;
Click the "drop-down arrow" on the Forward tab.
Click on "as in-line text"
Move the curser to the beginning of the Header, click it.
Press the "shift" key and the "down arrow" key. Repeat until
the entire Header or Headers is highlighted.
Now press the "delete" key.
This really gives you CLEAN e-mails. "Uncluttered!" Surprising that more people don't ask how to remove the "Trails".

If u are using hotmail and is pics, click foward and before u type in e-mail addresses etc, click edit and remove attachments. If u see stuff like text1.html etc etc, delete it, if nothing dont interfere with it. If is words in d message u are dealing with, just copy the message itself and paste it on a new message board. In yahoo, when u fowarding, there are 2 options, as inline text and as attachment, one of those u can manually delete the "junk" addresses and leave d message itself. If u want, fwd the message to yahoo, clean it up and then back to hotmail. Same for gmail. Laterz

Just delete anything in an email before you hit the send button. Try a "practice" by forwarding it to yourself. You can then see what others will see.

Hit forward, delete manually in the body of the email all other email addresses, names you do not want to have on your email,
Use the bcc.... line, list all the email addresses you want to send on that line.
Only the person who receives your email sees your name, and his/name, no one else.
