While givin ya this answer i deleted my own address bar.Then i sinserely found da way.It's to go to View>Toolbars>Address bar(Check it)

click view in the Internet Explorer menu tabs at top and look for the first item Toolbars and see that address bar is checked. If not, left click on address bar and it shall return to your browser. If you want it on the taskbar right click the taskbar and select the top item Toolbars and then see to check address bar and it shall appear there. Now can I collect a per incident fee like Micro$oft would for this technical support hehe? Just kidding.

go to view and then toolbars and put check mark by address bar
