i don't understand my period is four days late it has never been this late i took a hojme pregnancy test called first response and it came out negative wat can i do could it be wrong

Try to relax. That could be delaying your period all by itself. I would wait a couple more days and take another pregnancy test. If you still don't get your period and the test is negative, see your doctor to see what's going on. Good Luck!

you hormones could be fluctuating. That happens every seven years or so.
The reason you get a period is that you ovulate and then need to shed the lining of your uterus. If you ovulated late then your periods come late.
The other thought is that, of course, you could be pregnant. Test never give you a false positive but can give you a false negative if your hormones are not at a high enough level. Wait another week, if you have not started, take another one.

Stress, malnourishment and hormonal imblances can cause your period to be late or even go away completely. Someone else suggested taking the test first thing in the morning.... do that. Your pee is most concentrated then and you can get a better reading.

Wait a week and test again maybe your periods just late cause of stress....soak your feet in hot water for 30 mins

you know what? I was 20 days late-I did 3home tests and on e at Dr and all Negative. I was so sure....but no than the horrible you know what showed its ugly head!! So you can just be late. Its crap I know we have been trying for 7months now. Good Luck

A woman's body changes every seven years. Sounds like your stressing. Just relax. Take it in a few days with the first pee of the morning. I knew I was pregnant when my breasts hurt. They never hurt.

it can be u should take another one and make sure its the first pee u take wen u wake up if tht comes bak negetive n ur still not satisfied go to thedctor and get a blood test done

HAs your diet changed it could be that, my period is very irregular because of my diet, maybe go to the docs just to be on the safe side
