I need further payment instructions?

I have ordered from CA Consumer an antivirus program. My Bank doesn"t know how to handle this transaction. Why can"t I make payment with my credit card ?

If it is that difficult to pay for the purchase, that site should not be trusted.
Usually, they will take a credit card, not a bank/debit card; and bank should know what to do.

don't buy it from that site try another.
