Get a wireless router. I recommend Linksys. Each computer that will be wireless with need a wireless network adapter. The others would be wired to the router. The router probably comes with 4 wired ports, so if you have more than 4 computers that will be wired, you will neet an Ethernet Switch (or hub).

You will need a wireless router or access point and six wirelass cards (usless they have wireless biult-in), to make it run as smooth as possible, try to use the same brand on the router and cards. Also, just a general note, if its says 300 ft range, cut that to 1/3 or a 100ft.
Don't forget to setup some kind of protection, WEP with 128bit encrytion at least. MAC filtering is very easy to setup on the D-Link routers.

At each computer, you need a wireless receiver that could be a PCI Internal Card, USB Card or PCMCIA Card.
At each strategic location from the server room, you need a box that have a built in Router / Switch / Wireless Access Point.
Of course you need driver to run them....
