Is the blood in wrestling, like the TNA, WWE, and ECW real?
I belive it is, but my friends think its fake.
Now I know the matches and the storylines are fake, but Im pretty sure when they get hit and they begin to bleed, its for real.
Im just trying to defend the honor of the professional wrestlers out there!

The wwe never uses fake blood, casue then it would not run the way it does, anyone that says its fake blood has not a damn clue about wrestleing. The Gig, Also knowen as Cutting, where they cut there forehead open to draw blood. and they take an advil or something like that before the match to thin the blood so it runs better.
Fake blood damn you guys are retarted.

Yes it is real. Look at Ric Flair's forehead. In old days it was called "blading" where a guy would hide a small razor blade between his knuckles and would wipe or gash his forehead to make the effect look good. Now the internal bleeding from the mouth like Ken Shamrock used to do all of the time is what I question.

That's real blood. Usually, the cut is on the forehead, which has lots of blood veins and bleeds freer than most body parts. They are pumped up really well after the vigorous exercise of a match, so when they get even a small cut, it bleeds a lot sometimes.

Look at the foreheads of Ric Flair, Dusty Rhodes and Abdulah the Butcher. They've bled many times and fake blood won't do that to your forehead.
I'm not sure about today. Back in the day juicing didn't mean steroids, it meant your blood on your forehead.

it's real in all the wrestling promotions except WWE. In WWE sometimes it's real and others you can tell it's fake. TNA and ECW the blood is real.

The blood is real. Superstars use a little blade to cut themselfs.

it is real (not when the chough, like kane did a couple weeks ago)
sometimes the ref w/ cut them and they will bleed and sometime they cut them self. but others they just get hit so hard it comes.

I have been to these wrestling matches. they are a fake as a can be... and so is the blood...

most of the time (hardcore style) they blade themselves be4 the match e.g. The Sandman
but most of the time YES. it is real blood and YES they do blade themselves
and internal bleeding idk i think they keep a little bagie under thier tounge(just a guess)
