No, and sometimes when I'll order a hamburger without pickles, I get a hamburger that had the pickles on them picked back off, leaving a impression of the pickle in the bun, along with it's flavor.

Nope, I think they would save millions if they made pickles a no-charge optional extra. I don't know a single person who doesn't throw them out.

No! I always forget to tell them to not put the friggin' things on and then i have to pick them off , and them my bun has pickle stain on it ,,,,, blech!
