You may have torn your foreskin a little. Make sure you keep it clean. When you shower, make sure you pull back and soap well under there. You want to keep it clean so that it will heal. Pull back when you pee too...although your pee is sterile and cleanest of the fluids in your body, it probably causes the sting and itchyness you are feeling. If it gets worse, see a doctor. A cut like that can get very bad. Also, avoid any form of sexual encounters until it has completely healed. You are open to every infection at the moment.

Well, on the plus side it's good that your foreskin is really easy to pull back now. But now you'll have to take it easy (don't move the foreskin around too much) while you wait for it to heal, and it shouldn't take too long. You need to keep the area and under the foreskin (by pulling the foreskin back and cleaning underneathe) clean with water and mild soap. When you pee pull back your foreskin so no urine stays under the foreskin, that could cause irritations while your cut is healing.
It should heal itself, and if the irritation is really annoying, try an antibiotic cream like Neosporin or something, but just a little bit. If it's been like 2 weeks or more and it either doesn't get better or gets worse, see a doctor. Your doctor might have some cream or oral antibiotics for it in that case.

Sounds to me like you weren't pulling your foreskin back far enought and your girlfriend did the trick for you. A foreskin should be very easily retracted. The bleeding is probably secondary to the fact that it had started to adhere to the head of your penis. The tear should heal -- keep it clean and, make sure you retract it far enough form now on.

Just take it easy for a while. You have had a vigorous workout and no doubt you had a lot of pleasure from it. Let the small cut or tear heal, it will heal fairly fast. The next hand job should be at a lower speed, you will get the same result at he finish line. When having sex, take it cool. Now that your foreskin has became easily retractable, you are ready to roll, but at the same time take it cool!

Your girlfriend probably stretched your foreskin too much, and now it's irritated. Keep the area clean and don't pull it back too often until it's healed. If it still bothers you after a few days talk to your doctor.

The head of your penis is very sensitive due to protection from your foreskin. When a child is circumcized at birth, the head of his penis is constantly exposed and rubbed against fabric. This builds a rough dermis. For those who are uncircumcized, their penis heads are a lot more sensitive and vulnerable to cuts. Unless you've nipped any major veins, just give it time and let it heal. Be sure to tell your girl friend to be gentler next time. She wouldn't want you biting her clitoris would she?

It's not necessary to cut it off.
Just relax with the hand jobs for a while, keep clean and all will be normal in a couple of weeks.

Yah, just lay off the masturbation or tell you gf to take it easy. Pain is normal if you tore the skin.
