sorry, but it is not on newsstands anymore- the new October issue is just coming out now. maybe a friend has a copy. but the seventeen July issue with Ashley tisdlae isn't that good or exciting, and the make-up and clothes are mediocre- i read it myself.

e-bay sells back issues but if you are a subscriber you can get one from their website(seventeens) they have all the contest etc listed http://www.seventeen.com/

Try a library. That's where I have got some of my magazines before I subscribed to them. Then you wouldn't even have to pay anything for it.
