If you treat a woman like gold, she hates you . . . but if you're selfish, dishonest, unattentive, and mean, women think that you're "sexy" and a "challenge".
Then women defend loser men as being "confident". A man that mistreats you is confident?

A lot of the romance died with the womens rights movement. I agree with womens rights and and believe they should be equal with us on all levels. The problem is that a lot of women have don't know how to compete with men in this equal world they wanted and still be a lady at the same time. I have been cussed out for opening the door for a lady.

You are hanging out with the wrong women my friend. Women who are looking for a challenge are not very mature their selves. Real women, who are mature and ready for a committed relationship will appreciate a good man, and they are out there, and they are looking, and they do know that good men are "sexy" and "confident" also. Don't waste your energy on girls who want to play games. Perhaps reevaluate the type of women you are attracted to, could be you are seeking out the wrong type of young ladies?

You're so right. Men who mistreat women are not self confident. Women who like men that do these things also lack self confidence. It's learned behavior and follows a pattern. You know, birds of a feather flock together. Only men who truly love a woman and treat them with respect are confident men. They don't need to boast or act cocky. They know their worth and show it by treating their women as equals.........It's called love........

The ones that apriciate nice guys are out there.
Its mainly a chip on the womans shoulder and and ego thing that puts them with inconsiderate guys.
something like " I can take care of my self and I'm independent so I don't need a real partner or someone who caters to me "

I agree with rwl.....not all women are like that. My boyfriend treats me like a princess and I treat him like a prince! But I have seen women like you describe....I don't know what's up with that! Hang in there, the right one will come along one day!
