My question is...... I know that the mestration cycle normally comes every 28-30 days, right? But do I start to count that from the last day of my period or does it start on the first day of my period? Like, on the first day of my period, is that day #1? Or is the day after my last period, day #1? I hope ya'll understand my question. Reading it back, it sounds kinda confusing :)

start from first day , that is day one and count to the first day of the next cycle, that will give you cycle length.

You start counting from the last day of your period.

you count from the day you started
if it started say January 1st then you could guess that your next one would start at about January 29th-31st

so the first day of your period is day #1
