Go for it. No one wants to hang around with people that constantly tear them down.

look dear......anything that makes you stronger is a good thing. Eventually those guys flocking to your friend are going to lose interest.............it might take a few years but thats ok. I wasn't asked out in high school either but I certainly had no problem attracting men....boys were another story. I was shy, I didn't think I was pretty, I didn't think I had a nice body either.......but I did. I was just insecure. We can't get our self esteem from others, it has to come from us.

Here is what I want you to do......think about getting a new hairstyle.......not one you or your mom picks out but one you allow the hairstylist to recommend for the shape of your face. After you get your new hairstyle I want you to go to the mall.........go one of the beauty counters at a nice expensive store and as them to tell you how to apply your make up to maximize your assets and minimize the things you don't like. Do not buy the make up there unless your mom says to go for it, you can go to target and get the same colors they recommend for you complexion. I want you to pay attention to the comments the makeup artist says as she is giving you the mini make over....she may say you have beautiful eyes......long lashes........perfectly shaped eye brows......great cheek bones....etc........those comments you can hold onto......let those boost your self esteem.......

Good luck babe, but you aren't going to need it. Iol, I bestow upon you the strength of all the women who came before you.....we are strong, we are beautiful and we are humble!

You really need to get over the fact that you're probably the ugly friend, the one that's there to make everyone else look better.

No offense, but that's really rude that you would ditch your friends just because they get more attention than you, that's really sad and immature.

It's not their fault they're prettier, that's life.

And it's not like they're trying to lower your self-esteem on purpose, right?

Grow.

Who cares what the guys think?!!!!! If they don't like you, then it's their loss not yours! Just be yourself & when you least expect it a nice guy will come around. Don't sweat it.

if they're your friends, why don't you talk to them about it? tell them how you feel. they should understand. if they are your friends, then they will help u w/ur problem. if they just scoff at you, then you'll know it's time to find new friends.
