It depends on my mood but
Dumb and Dumber, anything Monty Python.
You know what Green Day is playing a song in New Orleans right now and I could play it with my brain tied to my feet. Why do people like crappy simple music but not good complicated music?
Day After Tomorrow is occasionally the funniest movie. But not intentionally!

#1 has to be MONTY PYTHON & THE HOLY GRAIL but all Monty Python stuff is hilarious.
MIGHTY APHRODITE was good, too, but Woody Allen's humor escapes some people. Like when the Greek chorus appears in MIGHTY APHRODITE, a lot of the people in the theater didn't get it.
I like Woody Allen humor, a lot of the movies with SANDRA BULLOCK in it (MISS CONGENEALITY 1 & 2 both crack me up; WHILE YOU WERE SLEEPING was really good, too) and some animated (like OVER THE HEDGE).

i cant believe no one said Harold and Kumar go to White Castle, that is so hilarious, Dumb and Dumber is a classic, Napoleon Dynamite was funny to me because of the music they played and how the guy looked and how they acted so oblivious to everything; Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, hard to laugh at if you dont know what they are talking about (mainly the drugs)

Eddie Murphy's Raw & Delerious are so funny I can't even explain to you (stand up comedy though). I also think Joe Dirt and 40 year old virgin are funny! Oh & 'Julie' is right.. Harold & Kumar go to Whitecastle is absolutely hilarious!
