It must be their site. The web mail reader and everything is based there. Have you called your ISP's tech support?
Oh wait. Did you change any of your Internet Settings? If you're using the Yahoo! browser, click the Tools|Internet Options menu.
Click the Delete Cookies button and the Delete Files button. Try reading mail now.
If it still doesn't work, go back and then click the Privacy tab, Try enabling all cookies to see if that's the problem, or lower the cookie control one tick. (I have mine set to Medium-High).
If it still doesn't work, then restore the cookie control back to where it used to be and call your ISP's tech support.

If it worked before, I don't see how it can be a permanent browser problem.... Maybe a temporary one in some way.

The following are listed in most likely to least likely:

It could be Yahoo. So, you just have to wait until the mail server with your email is up again.

It could be the browser. So, just restart your browser.

It could be the computer:
Restart it.
Browser application has gotten corrupted. Reinstall the browser. If it is being corrupted, you should figure out why. It may be a virus.
Here is a list of today's virus activity. If you don't have a Mac, read it and weep!

If you are using IE then I would recommend that you try some other browsers and find one you like. There are many browsers competing for market share and have a lot of great features. Some are fully loaded and can even design web pages for you. Some are small and fast with few extras. Some try to to do a balance of what they think most people want to do. You could do a search using 'compare Internet browser' and see what you come up with.

Here is some chat about browsers, if you are interested:

I like to compare them just for my own curiosity. Right now I am comparing 4! hahaha Oh well. I am writing this on Firefox. I also use Safari, Opera, and Mozilla. They are all competitive. I only use IE if I have to. Some sites are written for IE and don't work well with other browsers. IE has had too many attacks that allow hackers and virus to get at your PC.

There are several choices here:

Opera is reviewed here:

;-D Actually computers should be fun to use and the Internet should be a safe place to visit. It is a pity that so many egos and greed make them different experiences than what we expect for people.
