This year, Frankie Simmons' pageant theme is "Diamonds are a girl's best friend" WELL, for the personal style part I have to have a REALLY cute outfit! Not something that you would see everyday, I have to wear something totally out of the box like something you would see on the front of a magazine or at the oscars!

Look, I'm just trying to get ideas here. I'm not a bad person, and its the theme!
I'm not like most pageant girls so dont think I'm cocky and stuck up. I have worked hard to get where I am today.
I cant wear jeans and I have to wear something classy. Keep in mind that I am only 15 so nothing promisicuous. Thanks!!

If you will check the clothes off their back. com, they auction off dresses and items that were worn to awards shows by various entertainment personalities. If you will wait until the next award show and check out the site, you will probably find a nice dress. If the time is not right, check the E channel's fashion police and print a copy of a dress you like and take it to a seamstress who can make patterns. If I were you, I would look for something worn by Hallie Barry, Charlise Theron, Nicole Kidman, Scarlett Johanson--the stars who are known for being red carpet divas.

In the movie Marilyn wore a beautiful slender pink dress--a deep pretty color. It was strapless, and plain with a beautiful bow in the back. She wore matching gloves--and jewelry. You'll have to check out a picture to find out about that, but I would go with a nostalgic look.
If that isn't your thing, you could also go with an 80's look or a glitzy Bob Mackie look. But if all else fails, go to the Queen of diamonds--Elizabeth Taylor. She is one woman who knows how to wear diamonds.

You could wear a black dress with a dramatic neckline (not necessarily deep, but maybe off one shoulder etc.)
and definitely wear diamond jewelry...
You could also get some black suede shoes with crystal embroidery one them. I saw some peep toes like that the other day that were cute.
yeah so i dont know your price range but good luck anyway!
