first get rid of all double signs and make the problem
4^3-27/(6+3)
then order of operations
4^3-27/9
64-27/9
64-3

-(-4) ^ 3 - 27 / ( 6 - ( -3) )
= - (-64 ) - 27 / ( 6 + 3)
= 64 - 27 / 9
= 37 / 9
= 4 1/9
