no, if they do something really bad ((murder, rape, etc,.)) they should have their life taken away like what the Lord commands us to do. but everyone should be told of the Lord before they die, and maybe they will accept Jesus and be saved for all eternity.

Definitely, if someone is sorry and wants the second chance. People can change, you know... and if no one gave second chances there would be too much hate in the world... But as far as too many chances, and the person keeps taking advantages, that's when it's time for the person to learn the hard way...
