It is a job position at a bank and means you'll be working until 6pm or 7pm, peak bank hours.

I've seen this mean that there will be more resposibilities during peak time. Teller I has xxx responsibilities, Teller II has Teller I as well as add'l responsibilities that you are authorized to do without the need for approval.
