Well, I'm 168cm, 26yrs, and my healthy weight is 60kg, so can quite healthily weigh a few more kgs than that. Whoever said 50-55kg is way off - that's underweight for someone of my height.
Somewhere between 60 and 70kg?

umm...im not sure about centimeters, cause i dont know how tall that is in inches and feet. But i am about your age and am a little under 5 feet tall and i weigh 95 and my doctor says i am right where i should be. I hope this helps.

well im 156 centremetres tall and i weigh 45 kilo's but people say im underweight so... im not sure, and im 18, so i guess you should weight aroung 60 to 70 coz you are taller then me to.

160 pounds. Kilo is 2.2 pounds.

ideal is a term set by celebrities and governments
u should not care bout wat others think or say about u cuz they're not u
but "ideally" stay within the healthy range....meaning dont be deathly skinny or a "big-boned" woman waiting for a heart attack
