No not at all. It might draw blood. Just clean it good. Make sure there are no little teeth in you, Pull them out if there is.
As for the snake, its front teeth can be ripped out if you pulled away too fast. This can cause an infection in the snake's mouth. Watch for that if you own the snake.

It is bad for the snake. If it breaks a tooth or injures its mouth it could get a bad infection. Mouth infections can be fatal in reptiles. Try not to let it bite anything but its food for its own safety.

If it's hatchling you will barely notice the bite, a adult can easily draw blood but even that won't really hurt. Please if you are bitten just dont rip your hand away you will hurt the snake. Allow it to let go on it's own.
