I don't feel good and the stuff that comes up is like bloody... i'm like sitting up blood and stuff.. it's nasty.... what's wrong with me?

You should ck w/ your doctor but the sore thoat and ears MAY be strep throat and... IF it is strep and IF it is a bad case, your throat could be bleeding in the bck of it....
it happened to my friend about a month or so ago
