The most important thing is to love & to be loved. Being "in love" isn't as important as loving & being loved. Love will make you happy. Good friends are important -remember, of a friend and a lover the one who by definition loves you is called a friend. You shouldn't ALWAYS push yourself, you should appreciate the slow times -stop & smell the roses, enjoy relaxing once in a while (of course, if you never push yourself you won't enjoy the relaxation as much).

No, all those things are external. The most important thing in life is to be true to yourself, always. If you are the rest all follow.

If you push yourself, you will become stressed, which isn't good. I would replace this one with "To strive for execelence."
