Admitting that they have chosen a controversal life style that even most of society deplores. Even a lot of non relegious people detests that life style. This the greatest challenge of anyone who claims to be homosexual.

i don't think there is one challenge that is bigger than the others....coming to terms with their sexuality.....deciding to come out or keep it inside.....dealing with that constant hate expressed either directly at them or others like them.....some to the point of bashings......the aw full feeling of like your the only one who is gay\lesbian..... the endless reminders of going to hell from Christian assholes.....the fear of your parents finding out and not accepting you....it goes on and on.....there are many problems and all are equally challenging in my opinion

having to put up with all the haters ,if you found something constructive to do with all your hatred and anger you might feel a little better about yourself.

tough question...but i really think it's gotta be
attaining equal status as individuals without stooping to the level of the "christian right"...they're just about as low as you can go.
